Your custom order, step by step.
MOQ: 150 pieces per style per color. Samples: ¥300-600 RMB, paid upfront, with a lead time of 7 working days. All sample fees, including revisions, are fully deductible from your bulk order. Production: 15-20 working days after sample approval and the required payment. Small orders require full payment; large orders require a 30% deposit, with the balance due before shipment.

Sample development
Pay the ¥300-600 RMB sample fee upfront. Sampling takes 7 working days; revisions take another 7 working days at the same sample fee.

Approve and pay
Confirm the sample. Small orders require full payment; large orders require a 30% deposit. All sample fees are fully deductible from your bulk order.

Production and shipping
Bulk production takes 15-20 working days after sample approval and the required payment. The balance is due before shipment, with a final quality inspection before dispatch.

Custom Manufacturing FAQ
We offer comprehensive customization services to meet different needs:

- Partial Customization - Add your branding through custom labels, logos, and packaging
Our MOQ for custom manufacturing is 150 pieces per style per color.
This applies to all customization types (OEM, ODM, full custom, and partial customization).
Sample Fee: ¥300-600 RMB per sample, depending on:
- Style complexity
- Fabric type and quality
- Construction techniques required
Sample Lead Time: 7 working days
Sample Fee Refund: All sample fees are fully deductible from your bulk order. If revisions are needed, the revision sample fee remains the same, and the total sample costs are still deductible.
Payment: Sample fee must be paid before we begin production.
Once you confirm the sample and place your bulk order with deposit payment, production takes 15-20 working days until goods are ready to ship.
Sample Stage: Full sample fee paid upfront before sampling begins
Bulk Order:
- Small orders: Full payment required
- Large orders: 30% deposit to start production
- Balance payment: Due before shipment
Sample fees are deducted from your bulk order payment.
For OEM / Full Custom Development:
- Tech pack (technical specification package), OR
- Physical sample garment, OR
- Detailed design sketches
For ODM (modifying our existing styles):
- Simply specify which elements you want to change (fabric, color, details, etc.)
For Partial Customization (labels/logo only):
- High-resolution logo files
✅ Fabric: You can specify your own fabric OR choose from our fabric library. We can also recommend suitable options.
✅ Color: We provide a color card for you to choose from. Custom color development is not supported.
✅ Sizing: We can produce custom size specifications based on your size chart.
✅ Logo & Labels: Custom brand logos, care labels, hang tags, and woven labels are all supported.
✅ Packaging: Custom poly bags, boxes, and packaging materials are available.
✅ Construction Details: Collar styles, sleeve types, pockets, buttons, stitching, and other design details can be customized.

No. We do not support the production of counterfeit or copyright-infringing garments.
All custom orders must comply with intellectual property laws. If you're using licensed designs or branding, you are responsible for ensuring you have the proper authorization.
Custom color development is not available. However, we offer a comprehensive color card with a wide range of options to choose from. Our team can help you select colors that best match your vision.
Revisions are welcome! If adjustments are needed after reviewing the initial sample:
- We charge the same sample fee for the revision
- Revision turnaround is another 7 working days
- All sample fees (including revisions) are fully deductible from your bulk order
